Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to you and sustainable for our business. Because MIXD Suite is a digital product delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are granted under the conditions below.

Merchant of Record (MoR): Purchases are processed by Paddle. Paddle handles order-related queries, invoicing, taxes, and statutory cancellation requests for EU/UK consumers.

Product: This policy covers one-time purchases of MIXD Suite. The Contact Sheet Generator is free forever and does not involve a purchase.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

We'll process refunds when:

Product not received – You purchased but never received access to MIXD Suite.
Technical eligibility/system errors – Platform errors prevented access to paid features you purchased.
Duplicate purchase of the same product.
Unauthorized use (with reasonable evidence).

When Refunds Are Not Available

To protect our business, we cannot offer refunds when:

You purchased during a promotion or discounted bundle.
You changed your mind or didn't like the product after purchase (this does not limit the EU/UK right of withdrawal below, where it applies).
Your browser/computer can't meet performance requirements.
You only need features that are available in the free Contact Sheet Generator.
You do not have a scanner (or equivalent) required for the paid scan-and-export workflow.

Free version available: Please use the free Contact Sheet Generator to check browser compatibility and the print workflow before buying MIXD Suite. There is no subscription to cancel.

EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (from the day after the transaction completes).

Digital content / immediate access: MIXD Suite is digital content supplied immediately. By completing the purchase and requesting immediate performance, you expressly consent to access beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to MIXD Suite has been provided (Art. 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive and corresponding national law). Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may collect this consent at checkout.

If a statutory right of withdrawal still applies in your case (for example because immediate-performance consent was not given), contact Paddle here. If you use Paddle's online form, they will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Chargebacks

If something seems wrong with a charge, contact Paddle first via the link above. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Paddle may delay resolution and could lead to restrictions under Paddle's policies.

How to Request a Refund (Non-statutory Reasons)

Timeline: Within 14 days of purchase.
Email us: hello@uninspired.studio
Include: order/transaction ID, purchase email, and a brief description with screenshots.

For EU/UK statutory cancellations, contact Paddle via the link above.

Processing Details

EU/UK lawful withdrawal (where not waived): We (or Paddle) refund all payments within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the same payment method, and you won't incur fees.
Non-statutory refunds: Issued to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days after approval (bank/card dependent). Processor fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights that cannot be waived (e.g., goods/services not as described or faulty).

Tax/VAT & Wire Transfers (If Applicable)

If you're VAT/GST-registered, Paddle may process sales tax refunds upon valid proof—contact Paddle within 60 days of purchase.
If you paid by wire transfer (where available), Paddle's specific wire-transfer refund rules apply.
