Momentum Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to you and sustainable for our business. Because our digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are granted under the conditions below.
Merchant of Record (MoR): Purchases are processed by Paddle. Paddle handles order-related queries, invoicing, taxes, and statutory cancellation requests for EU/UK consumers.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund
We’ll process refunds when:
- Product not received – You purchased but never received access.
- Technical eligibility/system errors – Your account wasn’t eligible for the template you purchased, or platform errors prevented access.
- Duplicate purchase of the same product.
- Unauthorized use (with reasonable evidence).
Pre-orders (if offered): You may cancel for any reason until delivery of the content; after delivery, the standard policy applies.
When Refunds Are Not Available
To protect our business, we cannot offer refunds when:
- You purchased during a promotion or discounted bundle.
- You changed your mind or didn’t like the content after purchase.
- Your browser/computer can’t meet performance requirements.
Free trial available: Please use our trial to check compatibility and performance before buying.
EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a Consumer, you can cancel within 14 days without giving a reason (from the day after the transaction completes).
- How to cancel: You must inform Paddle. For immediate processing, contact Paddle here. If you use Paddle’s online form, they will acknowledge receipt without delay.
- Subscriptions: The statutory 14-day right applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not to each automatic renewal.
Subscriptions (Ongoing Billing)
- You can cancel auto-renew any time; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the current billing period ends.
- No refunds for unused subscription periods.
Chargebacks
If something seems wrong with a charge, contact Paddle first via the link above. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Paddle may delay resolution and could lead to restrictions under Paddle’s policies.
How to Request a Refund (Non-statutory Reasons)
- Timeline: Within 7 days of purchase.
- Email us: hello@uninspired.studio
- Include: order/transaction ID, purchase email, and a brief description with screenshots.
For EU/UK statutory cancellations, contact Paddle via the link above.
Processing Details
- EU/UK lawful withdrawal: We (or Paddle) refund all payments within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the same payment method, and you won’t incur fees.
- Non-statutory refunds: Issued to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days after approval (bank/card dependent). Processor fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
- This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights (e.g., goods not as described/faulty).
Tax/VAT & Wire Transfers (If Applicable)
- If you’re VAT/GST-registered, Paddle may process sales tax refunds upon valid proof—contact Paddle within 60 days of purchase.
- If you paid by wire transfer (where available), Paddle’s specific wire-transfer refund rules apply.
