Unpinned Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures fairness for both our customers and our service. Since Unpinned is a browser extension service delivered digitally with instant access, we have specific conditions for refunds.
When You’re Eligible for a Refund
We’ll process refunds in these situations:
- Service not received: You purchased but never received access to your Unpinned premium account
- Technical compatibility issues: The extension doesn’t work with your supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) due to our technical error
- Duplicate purchase of the same subscription plan
- Unauthorized purchase (with reasonable evidence)
When Refunds Are Not Available
To maintain fair policies and protect our service, we cannot offer refunds when:
- You’ve already used the premium features or downloaded pins with your paid account
- You purchased during a promotional period or received discounted pricing
- You changed your mind after purchase or weren’t satisfied with the downloading experience
- Pinterest changes their API and temporarily affects our service functionality (we commit to fixing such issues when possible, but cannot guarantee immediate resolution)
- Video pin downloads don’t work as expected (this is a known limitation we’re transparent about)
- The extension experiences compatibility issues with your specific browser setup or computer performance
Important: We offer a free version (50 pins per day) so you can test Unpinned’s functionality, browser compatibility, and Pinterest downloading capabilities before upgrading. Since you can evaluate the service first, changing your mind or discovering limitations after purchase isn’t grounds for a refund.

Processing Details
- Where lawful withdrawal applies (EU/UK), we refund all payments without undue delay and within 14 days of your request
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Transaction fees may be non-refundable
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
