Uninspired Website Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you visit uninspired.studio or sign up for our Loops newsletter. Spoiler: very little.

We are the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect – and why

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.
Our newsletter uses a double opt-in process. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your subscription.
3. How long we keep your data
- Server logs: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Newsletter data: Stored until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the list—whichever comes first.

All providers act strictly under our instructions and are contractually bound to comply with GDPR. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
International Transfers
Where data is processed in the United States (e.g. Loops), we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
5. Your rights
Under Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your data (access)
- Correct inaccurate data (rectification)
- Have your data erased (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, with future effect

6. Data security
We use TLS encryption for data in transit and apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes—like starting to use cookies—we’ll update this page and notify newsletter subscribers where appropriate.
